This site (previously a petrol station) was purchased by Westbury Homes with an outline
permission for 19No. Flats. We were appointed to reassess the site and, if possible,
increase the number of units. We achieved this and a planning permission was granted
for 24No. Units. We were then instructed to complete the working drawings and building
regulations package. Please click on the links opposite to see examples of these.
This project i involved the clearance of vacant school buildings and the planning
of a residential scheme totalling 54 units.
We were appointed for the planning and working drawing stages. This involved adapting
the clients standard housetypes to follow to the local vernacular and to design bespoke
apartments in the same architectural style.
